Regular Slotted Cartons - 0201
- This is the most common box style. All flaps are the same length from the score to the edge.
- Ideal for packing and storage for office and retail use, shipping of small individual items and household items.
- Delivered flat-packed for easy space-saving storage.
Packing Wallets
- Packing wallets are ideal alternatives to cartons for shallow packs. The product is placed in the center of the pack and the wallet folds up around it, needs taping or gluing to seal.
- The addition of buffers as a one-piece pack increases the protection this style offers and is a good way to pack heavy items that may need to be drop tested or remain intact if being sent via couriers.
- Wallets can be made from single or double wall board depending on required product protection. The flaps can meet in the middle to allow the wallets to be stackable or overlap by up to 50mmto protect product in the event the pack may be opened with a Stanley blade.
Half Slotted Cartons - Half Universal Cartons
- Half slotted containers are similar to regular slotted containers except that they have only one set of flaps.
- The opposite side of the box is open, which is covered with Caps / Lids Ideal for: large and heavy objects, Export Shipments, etc.
- Flaps avoided for easy packing & unpacking of material.
Full Overlap Flap Cartons - 0203
- This Box is the same as RSC but with flaps that cover the base and top completely, known as a full overlap box.
- The outer flaps overlap the full width of the box making it especially resistant to rough handling.
- This gives extra strength to the cardboard box when assembled for heavy-weight product packaging needs. All flaps are the same depth, and their depth equals the width of the box
Five Panel Wrap - 0409
- The 5 panel wrap is supplied flat pack, suitable for packing products that are very narrow and as such require one or more very narrow panels.
- This style of box can be manufactured in single or double wall corrugated cardboard depending on the required protection your product needs.
- The box will require taping at the top and bottom like a traditional carton but in addition will require taping down the fifth panel to seal the pack.
Die Cut Cartons - Self Locking Box - 0427
- This style of box is self-locking and when assembled forms a strong die-cut box. The 2 sides fold up then lock over into the tabs, the top flap goes over the pack and the 2 wings tuck in at the front making the box a very strong mailer pack.
- Design can be modified to include locking tabs, handles, display panels, etc.. to suit your product requirements, we can also add insert or division pieces into the box as part of the pack for extra protection during transit.
- The boxes will be supplied flat pack on pallets so easy to store, they can also be bundled in specific pack sizes where possible to assist with your storage requirements.
